Description
“Black Butterfly” is track # 6 from my professionally recorded spoken word album, Here I Am. Now this track is special. My granddaughter Serenity is featured on this piece with me. While in the studio she was an absolute natural. So much so, that the engineer made mention of it. This poem was actually written before she was born, yet here she is years later giving voice to what the Lord had given me years before. The Lord often works like that. Vision now. Fulfillment later. And all through the journey our only job is to keep trusting God now. Because eventually Vision and Fulfillment will collide. Are you Ready?
Whether you listen during your morning devotion, prayer time, quiet worship, or while driving, it is my earnest hope that “Black Butterfly” serves as a reminder to continually place your life before God and say, “Lord, here I am. Send me.”
