Returns & Exchanges

Every order we process is handled with extreme care, and my goal is for you to truly adore your artwork and to see it as a witnessing tool.

Because all prints are made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges except in rare circumstances outlined below.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact me and I will gladly guide you to what is next.

Processing & Shipping

Domestic Orders

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, though many are shipped sooner. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your order to reach your chosen destination.

International Orders

We are not accepting International orders at this time.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once an order has been marked as delivered.

Damaged Items

Each order is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me with photos of the damage and packaging so I can assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Damage that occurs after delivery (including during framing or handling) is not eligible for replacement.

Sharing the Kingdom Program (Acts 2:44-47)

We ask that you agree to donate any artwork that is deemed damaged or defective with an Organization, a church, a small business, or even a library or school, so that the witness of the artwork continues to advance the Kingdom of God. We pray that you’ll consider this first, before disposing of any anointed and damaged Artwork.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please wait 72 hours before contacting me, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

Please report lost or missing packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

All Copyright on Artwork belongs solely to my poetry. Photos have been graciously shared by other artist or taken by my husband and have been used with permission. If you’re a Christian Artist and seek collaboration, please feel free to reach out and share your vision with me. (Habakkuk 2:2)

Please note: My artwork can be displayed in your home, church, or office etc., but may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
