How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will process and ship within 3–5 business days. We mainly ship through FedEx and UPS. Please allow 5–7 additional business days to get your order to your front door. Holiday shipping requires more grace, so place your orders early. These are not guaranteed shipping timeframes, but are estimates only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all regular orders.
Do you ship internationally?
No. International shipping is not available at this time.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
We promise your order will be free from defects in print quality. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost. Please contact us promptly and include a few clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the shipping box.
Do you accept custom poetry commissions?
Yes. We accept a limited number of commissioned poetry projects each year. We'd love to hear your ideas through our Contact page.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds on artwork or services.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are listed on each product page and additional sizes will be added over time. If you need a custom size, feel free to ask and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.
Are the poems original?
Yes. Every poem featured in our artwork is an original piece written by Casey J.
Do you sell digital downloads?
Yes. Digital downloads are currently available only for music files.
How do I care for my canvas print?
Display your canvas indoors away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning chemicals directly on the canvas.
